a group of young engineers for providing

needs of the customers in Orissa.
We have got major tie-up with M/s. Emerson
Network Power India Pvt. Ltd.
We are operating as their “PLATINUM BUSINESS
PARTNER” & “AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER” and are
responsible for the Sales and Service/Support of
their UPS Systems (600VA – 60kVA Range) for the
entire territory of the state of Orissa.
We have got the full-fledged service center at
Bhubaneswar, having a team of service engineers
well trained by Emerson Network Power & have got
our branch office in Sambalpur & Berhampur for
meeting the service/ support needs of our
esteemed customers in Western and Southern
Orissa.
To-day Key Business Solutions has a qualified &
skilled Sales Force and Service Team and network
of service centers in ORISSA to take care of
specific customer needs. In today’s information
age certain applications are hypercritical and

Key Business Solutions provides PARADEEP
PHOSPHATES LTD.(PPL) to Safely Manage their
SERVERS for 99.99% uptime Challenge PPL is among
the India's premier fertilizer companies,
serving a no. of dealers, distributors, farmers,
employees & vendors. They have been expanding
their business day by day and growth in IT
infrastructure was inevitable. They planned for
implementing the SAP for which they planned for
IBM Blade Servers. But keeping these accurate &
healthy 7x24x365 was a challenge. For giving the
Right Solution & being the old vendor we were
contacted.
Solution Having studied the criticalities
involved we recommended for making a DATA
CENTER. Space selection, measurement, product
requirements were studied. We proposed and
designed a DATA CENTER which included all civil,
electrical jobs and Emerson’s Precision AC and
S400D-Emerson UPS Systems in Redundant Mode.
Also all care were taken for fire & smoke,
insects protection, lightening & surge
protections. In a record time of 28-days the
entire DC was ready for their SAP
implementation.
