Regular and professional servicing of the UPS
system makes sure that the availability of
crucial control systems is secured at any time.
Our Customer Service network takes care of all
the details from the moment that the system is
installed.
Commissioning:
Upon successful completion of all tests, we
carry out the installation and commissioning of
the system(s) at site according to a detailed
checklist. Trained engineers take care of the
assembly / installation of the system(s) and run
a final series of performance tests with the
appropriate documentation.
Preventive Maintenance
(PM): Preventive Maintenance ensures
planned maintenance to improve equipment life
and avoid any unplanned, corrective maintenance
activities.
PM During Warranty &
Post-Warranty:
The scope of maintenance work has to be carried
our & documented on the KBS standard forms,
which are the basis for the warranty &
post-warranty. During this period the respective
maintenance work has to be performed by an
educated, Emerson trained KBS-Service Engineer.
While planning the maintenance the work tasks
and time schedule has to be agreed between KBS
and customer based on the maintenance chart.

We have bundled our maintenance (AMC) products
into three professional service packages ranging
from absolute peace of mind to minimum service.
• ULTRA CARE – SILVER (NON-COMPREHENSIVE,SUPPORT
TIME:09.30AM – 6.30PM,6-DAYS IN A WEEK)
• ULTRA CARE – GOLD (COMPREHENSIVE.BATTERY/SWITCH
GEAR EXCLUDED, 6-DAYS IN A WEEK)
• ULTRA CARE – PLATINUM (COMPREHENSIVE.BATTERY/SWITCH
GEAR EXCLUDED, 7X 24 X 365 SUPPORT)
Corrective maintenance:
KBS maintains a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week hotline
service for all our valued customers for
immediate assistance. All our service engineers
are equipped with high-speed communication
devices like internet, pagers & mobile phones.
We either provide guidance over the telephone,
by e-mail, or by fax, or if need arises, we
immediately send our qualified engineers from
our nearest local service center.
Spare Parts:
Having spare parts & stand-by units readily
available is like having an insurance policy for
power protection. At our
Bhubaneswar,Sambalpur,Rayagada,Berhampur &
Keonjhar service centres we maintain an
extensive stock of crucial parts for both
current and older system models meant for
support & sales to our esteemed customers.
Updates & Modifications
As time goes by, technology changes and
improves. Upon updation/modification notice from
EMERSON we make sure that all our existing
systems meet the latest standards in technology
and functionality. |
